Payment
Policy
Please
furnish your insurance information to our office staff. Payment for office visits occur
at the time of services. We accept cash, money orders, travelers checks, debit cards
(transaction fee $0.50), Visa and Mastercard.
No personal or business checks please.
West Coast Surgical
Specialists is composed of Medicare participating physicians and the clinic
also cooperates with local "managedcare" HMO's, PPO's and other payor
systems. All co-payments must be paid in full at the time of service. We will
gladly file your claim with the managed care company on your behalf.
Also please note that we
require 24 hours cancellation notice when you cannot make your appointment.
